Luxury car rental at Gatwick: how pickup works

Short answer

At Gatwick, Prestige Collection hands over your car at the Europcar desk in the Car Rental Village, South Terminal (Horley, Gatwick RH6 0NP). Say you're collecting a pre-booked Prestige Collection car with your niftirent booking reference. Gatwick pickups carry a £114 (est. $150) airport surcharge, paid to the rental company, and rentals start at 4 days.

What to bring

Your driver's license, passport, the card for the security deposit, and your niftirent booking reference.

Flight number

Required for pickups outside the desk's daytime hours (8 AM to 6 PM); pickups outside the airport's hours can't be booked.

Ask us for Meet & Greet when you book (extra charge paid to the rental company, subject to availability).

Returning the car

To the same desk unless your booking shows a different return point, with the same fuel level. You get 59 minutes' grace, then an extra day is charged.
