About these terms

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of niftirent (the “site”), operated by Nifti Mobility Group. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you make a booking, that booking is also governed by our Rental Terms and by the specific terms shown on your booking, which apply in addition to these.

Who can use the site

You may use the site only if you can form a legally binding contract with us and only for lawful purposes. You agree that any information you provide through the site is accurate and current.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not use it for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest or bulk-download its content; introduce malware or interfere with its security or operation; reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it; or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the niftirent name and branding, are owned by Nifti Mobility Group or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose of browsing and making bookings. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of it without our permission.

Bookings and third-party suppliers

The site lets you search and book cars that are supplied and operated by third-party suppliers. We act as a booking agent. Any booking you make is governed by our Rental Terms and by the supplier's own rental agreement, which you enter into at pickup. Third-party links

The site may contain links to websites we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care with the site and its content, but we do not warrant that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that every listing or price shown is complete or current. The live search and your booking confirmation are the authoritative source of what is available and at what price. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we exclude implied warranties that are not consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right or remedy you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a booking is dealt with in the Rental Terms.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time. The version in effect when you use the site applies to that use. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
