What happens if I cancel or return a luxury rental early?
Short answer
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before your pickup time. Inside 72 hours, or if you don't show up, it isn't refundable. Pickups from December 15 to December 31 can't be canceled or refunded once they're booked. Returning early doesn't refund unused days.
The details
- No-shows: charged in full.
- Changing dates: no change fees from us. Your updated trip is priced at the current rate. Changes within 7 days of pickup follow the operator's terms.
- Late returns: 59 minutes' grace, then an extra day is charged.
- Longest rental: 90 days.

Before you pay, each car's page and the booking page show the price in your currency, the security deposit, the miles included and the extra-mile rate, the minimum driver age and the cancellation rule for your dates.
